Digital goods are delivered immediately. All digital purchases are non-refundable. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us at- [email protected] We will do our best to assist you!
ONLINE MENTORING
Blossoming Heart Mentoring calls are provided via Zoom or Skype. A link will be sent to you via email at the time of booking and we will find a time that is mutually suitable. To make the best use of our time together, ensure you are in a comfortable, private space so you can explore your next steps freely.
Blossoming Heart Mentoring calls are non-refundable. If you must cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours advance in writing. Missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled as this time has been reserved especially for you.
Mentoring calls take place Monday to Thursday 11 am – 4 pm AEST. If you are in Europe or North America let me know and we will find a time that suits us both.
On the rare occasion that personal circumstances arise and I need to reschedule your appointment, we will find another time that works for you.
